The Fresno Folklore Society has been holding concerts for many years in the Wolk Garden, even before the construction of the “Wee Huis”. Imported from Indonesia and made of Teak wood, this wonderful sounding little house has become a favorite place to Jam for folklore musicians. Guitarists singer/songwriters Hans York and Steve Ono met at the Sweetsmill Music Festival years ago and found an instant musical chemistry. In 2009, after Sweetsmill, they met at the “Wee Huis” and recorded for two days with help of Frank Giordano and John Martin III of Mata L'Arana.
