Seattle-based singer, songwriter Eric Goetz's
sound is characterized by his emotive and dynamic voice, backed by the
soulful sounds of Fender Rhodes electric piano. Although based in folk-rock,
Eric's music reflects diverse influences from Indie Pop, to Tin-Pan Alley,
to the contemporary MPB artists out of Brazil.
Eric has performed with numerous projects of many styles including a local
cover band (Radio80), original prog-rockers In Re, an a-cappella group
(The Wild Rose Chorale), and an improvisation-based fusion project called
Six Ways From Sunday. Most recently, Eric worked in a promising pop-rock
group called Lumberg, in which Eric co-wrote the songs and shared front-man
duties, along with guitarist, Peter Schatz (Edisyn).
